Depression in caregivers is prevalent, but commonly ignored. Juggling multiple responsibilities, caregivers cannot afford to experience burnout. IAOYM will offset that burden by providing volunteers and assistance for those with young children, senior citizens and those with disabilities. IAOYM will give caregivers a break they so rightfully deserve.
